Edgerton Gears and Precision Engineers has appointed Sharon Womersley takes on the role as Business Development Manager, her overall responsibilities is to develop the customers and ensure that customer service is at the top of our agenda. Edgerton Gears and Precision Engineers has been totally rebrand strategy, allowing our brand to become stronger and has further developed and implemented a complete new look website.

In a sector not known for its environmental credentials, Edgerton is keen to lead the way in offsetting its carbon footprint wherever possible. All waste metal and as much associated waste material as possible is recycled. The shop floor and offices have undergone complete rationalisation so that all machines are used to best effect, producing more from less time operating. There is a working culture of environmental sensitivity and ideas and suggestions on ways to save the planet are encouraged and implemented where practical.

NEW MACHINERY

With an ongoing investment strategy Edgerton Gears and Precision Engineers has now invested heavily in a new machine a CNC Lathe which has the capacity to manufacture the larger types of gears and parts required in heavy industry. A fast moving engineering company needs to have the capability to meet its clients needs and this is what our strategy has allowed. Edgerton Gears and Precision Engineers capacity in Gear Cutting and Machining Precision Parts is now stronger than ever allowing clients within the Gas, Oil, Mining, Rail, water Industries to gain a quality product at a competitive price
